Sending the package

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, via UPS with tracking number and delivery without signature. If you prefer certified shipping via UPS Extra, an additional charge will apply. Contact us before requesting this option. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage. Handling costs have a fixed price, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

Returns and Refunds

The free return is applicable only to orders for which a return request has previously been sent to the Customer Service of www.antiguedadesalandalus.com (see the Returns and Refunds procedures section, How can I return a product received?

How can I return a product received?

You can return autonomously and free of charge the product that does not meet your expectations, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package, entering the My orders section. In the event that you have placed the order as a guest, I invite you to contact Customer Service to register your request and receive all the necessary information for said return.

For a correct return, all products must be returned to www.antiguedadesalandalus.com in the original packaging, without having been used, with their original labels and with a copy of the purchase invoice.

The returned products must not present alterations with respect to the original state, that is to say that you cannot remove labels and stamps if you want to return them. Only products physically received in the warehouse will be reimbursed. To submit Your default return request, I invite you to contact Customer Service. The terms for reimbursement vary depending on the payment method chosen. If the conditions described above are not respected and in the event that the defect is not accepted, the package will be returned and the refund will not be made.

For returns to the warehouse without authorization or without a tracking number provided by Customer Service, no refund will be made for the expenses incurred.

Can I change an item within a new order?

Items cannot be exchanged when placing a new order.

If you do not like the product or if it is not right you can return it (see question HOW CAN I RETURN A RECEIVED PRODUCT?) And wait for a refund.

When will the amount be refunded to me?

Once the merchandise is returned to the warehouse, its status will be checked and then a refund will be made, within approximately 14 days. The refund will be made with the same payment method that the purchase was made.

Legal right to withdraw from the purchase

In accordance with the applicable regulations, if you are contracting as a consumer, you may withdraw from the Contract (except when the object thereof is any of the products with respect to which the right of withdrawal is excluded in the Common Provisions) at any time within the within 14 calendar days from the delivery date of your order.

In this case, the price paid for such products will be refunded. You will bear the direct costs of returning the product.

You can prove the exercise of the right of withdrawal in any way admitted by law, considering in any case validly exercised said right by sending the withdrawal document that we provide or by returning the products.

This provision does not affect other rights recognized to the consumer by current legislation.
